Founded in 1974, JB Kelly and has grown into one of the most successful agencies in North Dublin.  Located in Sutton Cross we have become the dominant agent in Sutton, Howth and Dublin 13 and are now extending our reach across all of North Dublin.  As members of the IPAV and a TEGoVA accredited agency we provide expert advice in New Homes, Residential Sales, Residential Lettings and Valuations.

Our landmark office is located in the heart of Sutton Cross, the gateway to the Howth peninsula.  We have developed a unique track record in dealing with of all levels within the local market, from first time buyer properties in the Dublin 13 market through to ultra-high end homes across Howth.  Our knowledge of the local property market is second to none and the bulk of our business is generated through personal recommendations.  Our mission is to provide the most successful outcomes for our clients through a reliable and professional, client focussed service.

JB Kelly is a second generation family run business founded by Joe Kelly in 1974, now co-run with Joe’s son Dave and daughter Barbara.  Dave is a trusted member of the AIB, Haven and EBS valuation panels and is fully qualified to conduct Blue Book (European Valuation Standard) valuations.  Barbara is a highly experienced negotiator and project manager, together with Joe and Dave, Barbara completes our sales team of local experts.
