1. Introduction
The purpose of this Data Privacy Statement is to explain how kelly.ie collects and uses personal information in connection with our business. We take your right to privacy seriously and comply with GDPR Regulation 2016/679.

2. What information do we collect?
Non-Personal Data
We gather statistical information through website analytics from all visitors to our website. This Non-Personal Data cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information.

Personal Data
This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. This includes data such as your name, address, email address, phone number and any information you might willingly divulge through our contact forms. Information such as name, email and telephone number are required by kelly.ie in order to contact us via website contact forms, other personal data is only collected if you voluntarily submit it to us.

3. How we collect your personal data
Information is captured when you search, post, participate in a contest or questionnaire or communicate via contact forms. For example, you provide information when you search for a property through kelly.ie, communicate with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise, complete a questionnaire or contest entry form and contact us via website contact forms. Information submitted may include your name, address and phone number and a message regarding your current status, financial status or any other information that you choose to share.

When visitors or users submit a form, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the email address and might capture other personal data included in the Form fields.

 

4. Information Automatically Collected by Us
Information we automatically collect includes the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet, e-mail address, computer and connection information such as browser type and version, your operating system and platform, purchase history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers to create features the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), through and from our website (including date and time), cookie number and products/services you viewed or searched for.

5. Purposes for which we process your Information
We use Non-Personal Data from visitors to our website to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website. 

We process Personal Data that you provide to us for the following purposes:

  2. To respond to any queries which you submit to us
  3. To seek your feedback on our site and our services
  4. To send you newsletters or other forms of communication in relation to our services and property lists

  6. To send you messages or information to your mobile phone where you have provided us with mobile phone details and requested such information.

Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

Forminator PRO is used to create and embed forms on Kelly.ie By default Forminator PRO captures the IP Address for each submission to a Form. Other personal data such as your name, email address, phone number and message to Kelly.ie may also be captured, depending on the Form Fields.

reCAPTCHA We use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Their privacy policy can be found here 

We use Google Drive and Google Sheets to manage our integration data. Their privacy policy can be found here 

Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers. Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. 9. Sale of Business
We reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of the Website Privacy Statement and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purposes that you provided it to us. You will be notified in the event of any such transfer and you will be afforded an opportunity to opt-out.

Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Service Provider. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.

11. Transferring information to countries outside of the European Economic Area
